A lil’ update.

If you hadn’t noticed emrambles has been severely neglected over the past three months. And honestly, I don’t have any other reason than I’ve been severely unhappy with my life.

In the past few weeks I’ve had more fall outs, tears and questions about my sanity than Jeremy Kyle has DNA tests. The level of uncertainty I have in my life has made me horrible to be around. Feeling uncertain makes me anxious, and when I’m anxious I crumble- I just can’t cope.

After a few doctors appointments( and sobs) I’ve finally got the wheels in motion to make me feel better. To concentrate on what I want in life and move closer to the stability I have always dreamed off.

You all know I love Hello October’s motivational Monday’s, a few weeks ago she shared a quote which resonated with me.

The only person going to give you the stability you crave, is you.

So from now on, that is what I intend to do.

  1. Awww Em this post resonates with me so much! I’ve had some really bad mental health spells and my blog is always the thing to get neglected, so don’t feel bad! It sounds like you’ve had a really rough couple of weeks (I’ve had a similar few myself!) so I’m super pleased to hear you’re feeling on the mend and like you’re stepping on to the path you need towards feeling better! I can’t believe I haven’t come across your blog before and I’m really looking forward to seeing Sunday’s post!

    1. Aww Kate thank you so much for commenting! Metal health blips are awful, it takes so much out of you. Bad weeks take it’s toll.
      Well at least you’ve found my oversharing blog now 💕


  2. Its not easy doing things when your not feeling great especially blogging (social media is the last thing I can think of when I feel down) . I Hope things countine to settle for you. Just know your not alone and your a lot stronger than you probably give your self credit for. My anxiety has been flaring up a little lately so thats what I try and tell my self. Take care!

    1. Aww thank you so much! Im slowly getting back into blogging which is a massive relief. Although, I will say social media for me isn’t really happening at the moment.
